publiSpark provides AI-powered content generation and social media publishing tools. You are responsible for all content published through your account and for complying with the terms of service of each connected social media platform.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use publiSpark to publish spam, illegal content, or content that violates the guidelines of connected social media platforms.

Limitation of Liability

publiSpark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
